  • We ordered 2 curries this evening, the chicken was raw, completely pink throughout. Asked to have another sent out which was also undercooked. Refused us a refund!!!!

  • My partner continues to order from this restaurant and I dont understand why. In the last week or so, we have ordered three times. One order was delivered and the food was spilled all in the bag. A replacement order was sent out, and it had the wrong rice. We had to wait for another rice and in the end, I didn't like the Korma and seekh kebab was dry. Another order, my naan was cold and neither me nor my partner liked the taste of the food. Todays order, dry and burnt seekh kebab, all the food was warm and not hot. The naan was cold and they forgot a rice. So whilst, I now requested a new naan and missing rice, my main dish which was warm on arrival, is sitting in the microwave going cold. 30 minutes had a gone by and still no rice or naan. The main cold. Whilst my partner may carry on making orders from Zias. I'm fed up with Zias. I personally, will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Time and time they have brought the wrong item, forgot food items, quality of said food is dry, lacks taste or is cold. What ever happened to quality control? Should this food look like this... Is it supposed to be dry? Should it taste like this? What happened to checking all items are accounted for before delivering, checking the food is hot and packaged correctly. I can't do it, my pocket, my stomach and my sanity are suffering. It was good whilst it lasted those many moons ago. Fair well.

  • Ive used Zias quite alot however my order yesterday was my last. The potions were smaller, the mains were covered in grease and not the usual quality, not sure if they have a different chef now. Wont be ordering from them again

  • The majority of my order arrived, though I was only delivered 1 peshwari naan, when I had ordered 3. By the time the delivery driver returned with my family members had finished their meal and as I started to tuck in. I realized they gave me the wrong naan (plain naan and not peshwari). My family thought the food was good.

  • I've personally been avoiding Zias for a good while now. My partner still orders as she tends to be optimistic but has regularly been dissatisfied with the taste of the food. We always order the same items, so with become accustomed to a certain quality. Since the new year, Zias for me has been consistent in delivering me disappointment after disappointment. I can only help but think the Chef has changed because food items no longer look appealing and the taste has been dull or in the case of seekh kebab, over seasoned, under cooked, or dry. The naan for me, has always been supple, light/soft but with Zias lately, its been quite dry and tough (for lack of a better description). My partner persuaded to me to try Zias on this night and I am glad I did, because it seems as though things have gotten back on track. All items smelt and looked appealing, and the taste was good. So I will be ordering again and I hope it is a turning point for the restaurant getting back on track.

  • I ordered the chicken tikka masala and received a delicious and generous portion. It's been a while since I felt satisfied after a good meal and will certainly be ordering for them again the next time I get a craving for an Indian dish! My only quarrel was that the delivery took close to under 60 minutes than your average 30-45 deliveries, but it was well worth the wait!

  • We keep coming back to order in hope that the quality of food will improve back to its original state (mid 2014), but we keep ending up completely disappointed. The Korma sauce tasted like garlic water. It was very watered down and seemed to be over seasoned with garlic. There was no taste to the Bombay Aloo. On a good note, the naan was "finally" nice! Feel bad to write this review, as Zias has always been our number 1 for takeaway, but its just not as good as it use to be :(

  • [RESUBMITTED]We are regular customers of Zias and service and food used to be brilliant but past few orders have been terrible either late or forgetting items last night we spent £45 the order come all rices were missing a chicken tikka masala and mango chutney we got the another 25mins after the first lot of our order turned up so by this time it was cold and unenjoyable they Gave me £5 back in the "phone assistants" eyes this was a goodwill gesture and to stop me doing a bad review and to make me happy! Well sorry it don't work
